Review of Korian: Ark of the Fallen King
Korian: Ark of the fallen King is authored by Giorgio Garofalo. It is a novel filled with mind-blowing fantasies and exciting adventures.
The book began with the portrayal of nature and the existence of inhabitants on a particular land. These people lived in peace and harmony. Korian, Doric, and Will were found swerving their swords when Korian realized that he was about to lose the game. In defense, he had to cheat by stabbing his opponents. Moments later, a Rakkia emerged from the sea, and the inhabitants were afraid. After this particular event, it happened that a dark cloud was following Korian, and he was no longer himself. The inhabitants witnessed a strange light. They set out on a journey to discover the source of the light. That was the beginning of Korian's adventure.
Words cannot convey my love for this novel. The novel left a great impression. Primarily, Giorgio did a good job with the construction of this wonderful workpiece. He proved his excellence in the plot, character development, and setting. He created a distinctive world with unique inhabitants. The main character, Korian, was smart, reasonable, and had a strong personality. Korian proved himself to be a true leader because he was reliable. His leadership qualities were worthy of emulation. It was fun to "meet" the mysterious creatures, especially the Rakkia, the Matcha tree, and the leaf of life.
This book had an interesting writing style. Each chapter had its fascinating caption, and this was interesting. The twists and turns got me thinking and guessing. The beginning of each chapter expelled thrills and satisfied my curiosity at the end. The more I read, the more I wanted to continue the journey of reading. I must say that the author designed this tale in a way that I could picture the events in my mind. This ability of imagination made it easy for me to connect with the story.
It was difficult to find negative aspects. There was nothing I disliked about it. The storyline was intriguing, and the characterization was perfect. I did not encounter errors in this book; it was perfectly edited. The passages were organized properly. I was glad that I was able to understand this book without reading the first installment. In light of all of these, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. This is one of the few books I would be glad to read over again.
I recommend this book to lovers of adventure and fantasy. Also, I think this book can be read by fiction lovers for pleasure during their leisure.
