I avoided reading this book for a long time, though I had multiple friends recommend it. I am kicking myself for that now! I just finished reading this book the other day, and it is amazing! Easily in my top 10 favorite books! (I have a lot of favorites... I just can't seem to narrow the list down!).

My husband is OBSESSED with the movie and was literally counting down the days for it to be released on DVD.

We got the book a few years ago in a Loot Crate box. It sat on the shelf until this year after the movie was released. I know they changed a bit from the book because Spielberg didn't want a movie with a bunch of references to himself. My husband very much enjoyed the book, too, so I'm curious as to what other readers thought?

I will eventually read it but my TBR list is getting out of hand.

Excellent book, but I liked the movie better.
