Well, I' glad to stumble upon this review to what to expect from the book. I'm not a fan of politics let alone political commentaries (at all cost) so I guess I'll pass on this one. Thanks for your review! Great help in selecting books according to my preferences.
Happy reading,
Gelli xoxo

Thanks for the excellent review! It lets us know what the book is about, tells us a bit about the characters, and warns us about the ending. I'll be looking very closely at the ending so that I can form my own opinion.

A political thriller with an intense dystopian background has all the qualities of being an interesting narrative. Your review creates more suspense and adds intrigue to the story. I have to add it to my bookshelf.

I like the character’s names. I found it interesting that Citizen A decides to call the woman Elf. Is that a nickname? Does he ever get her real name? In a city of five million people I wonder what names they have once they get to the end of the alphabet. Your description of the novel sounds like it fits in with futuristic books Like 1984, or even Neuromancer.
We’re gonna need a bigger bookshelf.

I love to read books that create character development for their character. It really shows the growth of the character throughout his journey which we are reading all about. Seems like a great book to read in the near future!

I enjoyed this review but as rightly said, I'm not fond of political tales.

It's such an interesting book, I'm halfway through it and I like it. I especially like the way Citizen A is working towards getting closer to Elf.
Such a nice review. I can't wait to finish it.

Politics, sci-fi, romance, what a mix! Sounds interesting. You've got me intrigued on how this love story will wither through this tempestuous political storm. Thanks for your honest review. Nicely written!
