An apocalyptic world is always interesting and this book makes it different on the basis that the survivors believe in a better world afterwards, which is different from most of these books.

Thanks for the review!

From the review, I can say that it is really difficult to read this novel at this time. It seems to act out what we are experiencing in a way: poverty and famine increase, borders are closing, and people becoming more violent. Great book and review.

A book about building a better future after destruction. Indeed it's a timely novel, considering the current status of events. Nice review.
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

What an intense way to start a book! I knew it was not going to be an easy read just going throught the first couple of sentences! I like the author's writing style, there is something poetic about it. Thanks for the review!

This is a realistic apocalyptic fiction novel on grief, loss, famine, poverty, crime, chaos, survival, determination, prophecy, and hope. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has an awesome OnlineBookClub review that highlights it perfectly. Congrats @DebbieTremel on the BOTD.

If the book's message to the reader is hope and resilience amidst challenges, I think this is the perfect time to read it. We all could use a little hope right now.

Sounds like an interesting book. Yet, like you, I do not like profanity in books and I guess the whole idea of the world ending and rapes, deaths etc is a little bit heavy at the moment. Anyway thank you for your thorough and interesting review

Poverty and hunger are probably the reason people engage into violence. Daniel's family faces a daunting task to create a world of peace of course it will not be a smooth journey, they must be prepared to face opposition of all manner. Great book to read and more interesting as the world is facing a pandemic.

A pandemic has been set loose, the bar for the struggle for survival has been raised. This book seems like a befitting read for these times. Thanks for the review.

I'm not usually a fan of post-apocalyptic - or similar - books, but this one really appeals to me, especially since it seems like something that could actually happen when that time comes. Thanks so much for the intro!

After previewing Seads of Hope by Debbie Tremel, I have a distinct feeling that I would enjoy this book. Dystopian reads and media are a bit scary and, unfortunately, too close to home, but the approach that Debbie seems to take is giving us humans the recommendation that we should love our earth now.

I am curious how her characters survive with the mindset that we should use what was given to us for free on this God-given earth. This is read as a fiction novel, but perhaps could also be a self-help book in a way.

I will certainly add this to my "to-read" list.

Hmmm, this tells that we are not for the first time experiencing a worldwide pandemic , if Daniel could survive through thin and though, then, the world will surely sail through. Thanks for the reassurance through this story "SEED OF HOPE".
