The Elf Accord- Book Four of the Magi Charter by Jordan David is a fantasy tale of the adventures of Santa Leopold, as he spearheads the migration of the Christmas mission from Austria to the North Pole. Santa Leopold was persuaded to do so by Serapha, a mysterious young woman. Their journey takes Santa Leopold, his wife, Theresa, and his workers, including reindeers on an epic adventure.

The story was breathtaking, filled with humor, and lots of adventure. The plots were characteristically blended with the personalities in the story. The character description was an outstanding one. The reading tempo I must confess, heightened progressively from the beginning to the end. I found the characters in the story very interesting. In my opinion, Serapha's character tended to be the most mysterious of the lot. One never knew what she had up her sleeves, and she could never be predicted. She was always calm and collected irrespective of the circumstance. Santa Leopold brought the reminders of a gentle, aging grandpa who never minced words in expressing his true feelings. I loved the way he got checked once in a while by his wife Theresa. Theresa presented the typical picture of a caring, loving wife who adapted easily to any circumstance. I found Nerlim's character very amusing. He seemed to be everywhere, and showed no remorse whenever he stepped on one's toes especially Santa Leopold's. I couldn't help but giggle over his various acts and words of mischief.

However, there were characters that were quite vague, such as Tetsu's and Emiko's characters. Had I not read book five, and seen the encounters of both, I would have concluded that they were unnecessary inclusions in the story. I must commend the author for the way they were introduced into the story. It created room for curiosity on the part of the reader. I was also intrigued with the bear characters of Green paw and the rest of the clan. The descriptions of these fantasy creatures were all amazing. How could I forget the unexpected intro's and exits of Oren's character? The entire set up churned up an amazing reading experience.

What I loved most about the book was the engaging nature of the story, as well as the humor that laced the storyline all through. I disliked nothing about this book. I am also pleased to note that the book was professionally edited, and I found no errors.

I am rating the book 4 out of 4 stars. The storyline deserved nothing less.

I am recommending the book to lovers of fantasy stories, and epic adventures sprinkled with bits of magic here and there.
