This sounds like an incredibly interesting fantasy story. I get a little tired of the strictly European-styled fantasy settings, so it's awesome that the author decided to shake things up. Beyond that, it seems like an interesting twist on an old classic (farmer/"humble-class" protagonist turning into the world-saving hero). That's pretty awesome, especially because I've seen that trope less and less over the years. I enjoy it a lot. Thanks for your detailed review!
