I think the title is fine because I believe the author have to run the story from "the beginning" to provide the holistic interpretation.

A book title should tell more about a book. It should tell the readers what a book is about before they read it. In this case, the author needs to adjust the title.

I don't think the book's title does justice to the storyline. The book covers a vast part of the Bible and killing Abel just covers a few percentage of it.

The author does attract attention and immediately you makes you want to atleast look at the summary as to what is it about so it serves its purpose. Also, it isn't misleading in anyway.

The title of the book was very apt according to me. It gives a small glimpse into the idea and concept of the book, and yet doesn't reveal much. This 'tease' of sorts is what draws more potential readers towards it.
