Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” is my favourite as it offers something I always need to bear in mind during stressful times.

Psalm 27 is my go-to verse in troublesome times and when I just need some motivation to keep going.

Mark 12:30-31, “And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength; this is the first commandment."
It sums up everything

Psalm 91 gives me hope. Especially when i begin to have thoughts of death, I read this verse "I will satisfy you with long life and show you my salvation"

A bible verse that helps me in crisis is Psalm 23. It reminds me that God is also near me, that my challenges will not consume me because He walks by me.

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalm 34:18)

I find this to be very uplifting; when we are feeling lost in life , it is comforting knowing that we are not alone.
I love this. Its uplifting . David was really that guy.

For me, my favorite and most inspirational - has to be the whole of 1 Corinthians Chapter 13: "If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."

One of my favorite verses is 2 Corinthians 4: 16-18
"So we do not lose heart, though our outer selves are wasting away our inner selves are being renewed day by day, for this light and momentary affliction is preparing for us a greater weight of glory beyond all comparison. As we look not what is seen but to what is unseen. For the things that are seen are transient and the things that are unseen are eternal."

My favorite verse would have to be Philippians 4:13. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. It is a message of hope and confidence to me.

36"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37Jesus replied:  ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” ~~Matthew 22

10Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father in heaven." ~~Matthew 18 (refering to the children).
