Has anybody read Anna Mckann's CHAVOS

[Reading frenzy]

last week i was handed a book by a friend and told to read it!

having looked at the book it looks very simple and is aimed at young adults, only through my friends constant moaning have i started to read it.

So far i am at chapter 5 and have been pleasantly surprised by the content and story of the book. It tells a tale of a young girl who lives on the streets in Mexico city, (apparently based on real characters), and the issues she encounters just trying to get by in life.

just wondered if anybody else has read this book and if they enjoyed it as much as i have started 2.
