I love the sound of stories that seem ordinary, where the characters are trying to figure out how to stay busy and then there are unexpected twists. I need to read these stories.

What intriguing stories. Mel and his country girlfriend seem so innocent and in love. I hope that the secret is not something that could cause their relationship to be destroyed. I will give this book a read in the future as my curiosity is getting the best of me. I love your review of this book.

It is rare that a story can surprise you these days.
Great review :)

Thanks for this great review. It is amazing. I like how the three stories are, especially the first one since it ends in a manner that cannot be foreseen. I like reading such stories. The review is very helpful. I can now pick the book knowing what it is all about.

Among these stories, I like that of Eddie and Mel more. It seems to contain suspense and mystery that I always hunt in books. Thanks for the great review.

I like your Alfred Hitchcock comparison, but I was always too much of a chicken to watch his program!

I love Alfred Hitchcock, but I am not fond of short stories. It does sounds like a good read, and the cover is awesome! Thank you for the nice review!

The first story was my favorite, but all three were really good. I hope you enjoy it.
