Need a summary

i need a summary of "H is for Homicide" by Sue Grafton. I was going to read it for outside reading for school but i just found out that the book summary is due on January 2nd when i go back. Can someone please, if you read it give me a plot diagram sort of summary. It would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I can't find it on any sites like sparknotes.
