DG's point of view was very easy to relate to, even without experience of the situation, so you definitely should be able to understand her story

I am intrigued about the unique writing style of this story. The author seems to have done a good job of treating some difficult themes - all from a child's point of view. Great review!

Such an interesting review! Thank you!
I´m very much interested in human and social topics like mental illness an domestic violence, especially in a literary form and I think the child´s point of view may seem simpler, but it´s probably heart-wrenching. The author made a great decision picking this narrative style.
It´s also outstanding that the editing is almost flawless.
Straight to my to-read shelf!

DG does sound like an intriguing character to read about. The mind of a little girl and her perception of events is eye catching.I'd really enjoy this book. Thanks for the review.

I love that this book touches on a variety of topics, including mental health problems and domestic violence, and yet keeping it a light read. Thank you for your review. I'll have to check this book out :)
