Rape, betrayal, facade, among other things. It seems Sara's story is an interesting read that can give courage to many women. Too bad about the editing errors. Thanks Miriam for the great review!
Gracias, mi amiga! Sara indeed jumped into the fire. While I felt that she could have opted to jump out many times, I respect her decisions.

I cannot see a new review from you. Has the flower girl not answered our questions yet?

Thanks, Cecilia_L. The story's ending was nice enough, but I was expecting to read a few more pages.

That's not a good feeling and will probably keep me from reading this book. Thanks for another good review, though.
Thanks for the kind words, Kandscreeley! I personally recommend that you read this story by your namesake if you can find the time. While I mentioned so many negatives, I think the story will uplift many of us women.

From your review, it seems the book started well enough, but then it derailed. Coupled that with the many grammatical errors, it would make for a painful reading for me. As usual, I did enjoy your latest review.

I think Sara had trouble deciding which parts to keep and which to cut. A pair or two of fresh eyes would have made a lot of difference. Are you located anywhere near Poland?

It's always disappointing when editorial issues detract from an otherwise well-written story. I don't think I'll be reading this book, but great job on your review!

Thanks, Bonnie Shelby! I believe Sara will take the criticism well and will know how to respond positively.

Thanks for an informative review. I hate it when memoirs get too rambly - as you say, no doubt an editor or beta reader could have helped. Shame about the loose ends too! I do like the cover.

Thanks, mi amiga! I used your hullabaloo today. How's the coffee table doing?

I hope Sara is able to weed out the issues soon.

Lovely review. I’m often astonished at what people achieve while facing such hardships.

Sara's life is quite the motivation. She could have chosen to give up but instead she chose to soilder on till she overcame. This sounds like a book I would enjoy, but only after the errors have been dealt with. Thanks for the review.
