I particularly liked the visions and dreams given in the book that share quite a bit about various people in Les' life, including those past and present. These give an entirely new dimension to the book.

Thanks for your enlightening review. The first part of the sample was a bit difficult for me, but it got better towards the end. I might read the rest of it to see the final outcome. Too bad about the lack of good editing.

Nice
From the review I feel like I already read the book. I can't wait to read it. Sounds like a really good read, though it's a shame to the editing crew for lowering the book's rating by their mistakes.

Great review. The storyline sounds very interesting and helpful. The author discusses and portrays mental health and addiction very well. I feel the cover let’s the book down though as it doesn’t look appealing.

Relationships are not always what they seem to be or are. I think the book is insightful and the story seem to be narrated in a calm way. Too bad for the errors.

It is a quaint read dealing with severe issues like mental illness, addiction et al. The small town premise and the unique narrative style adds a flair to the story.
Thank you for the insightful review.

This books sounds interesting. It deals with heavy topics like mental illness, alcoholism and drug use. I like to hear that the characters are well developed. It's too bad about all the grammatical errors. Thanks for your review.

Good character development always makes a book enjoyable. I am glad that this book got that one right especially in the characters of Les and Lorraine. Great review.

It's unfortunate that such a good book has grammar and formatting issues. I hope the author will fix them and present the book for another review. This is a good review.Thanks.

The book seems to be interesting...with themes of friendships, love, addiction - there seems to be a lot to think upon from the book. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the review. I'm not particularly into stories about small towns and communal living, especially as this cast isn't exactly all warm and fuzzy. The book sure would be great for lovers of the genre though.

I sampled the book on Amazon. This book should get 2 out of 4. I read the sample twice and found a lot of grammatical mistakes. As mentioned by reviewer CatInTheHat, I personally couldn't get engaged, so I would just give it 2 only for the reason that it has a sensitive issue involved and described related to mental illness. :) :)
