The story is somehow going to be having a lot of suspense for readers. I could predict what the full narrative would look like. There should be love, pain, and then mystery in it.

Thanks for the review, but I'm not a fan of romance novels, atypical or otherwise. I also don't think that I care to know someone who'd disregard the tribute to her grandmothers and rename herself.

Although not a fan of art, I am interested in the romance genre. This is a little bit of a different take on romance and the love triangle sounds interesting so I added to my want to read shelf. I look forward to reading and seeing who Keith ends up choosing.

Sounds like a unique take on a romance novel, though Romance is not typically my favorite genre. I am glad you enjoyed reading it so much!

Good synopsis and a teaser about where the book continues. Your inclusion of her evolution to evaluating whether or not a romantic relationship might be "her source of fulfillment," is the most enticing aspect of your review. Thank you! :)

Review: Beautiful Imperfections
I've come to realize that love not only develops from physical attraction but also the mutual things two people share. I find this book interesting to look into it's pages. Thank you for the nice review.

This review of Marjorie Vernelle's Beautiful Imperfections bespeaks an exploration of Keith (formerly known as Sadie Lee), and her growth as an artist, as well as a person with dreams and needs. For readers who don't normally choose 'romance' writing, Beautiful Imperfections may offer a satisfying level of character study, touching upon issues of color, gender and heritage, as a young woman comes of age, as well as an exploration of the imperfections of attachment and romance.

I love the plot of this romance story. I can feel the passion the flows between Keith and her professor as well as the love the yearns for her in David's heart. The question is who does she love the most? Great review.

Let's talk of love, loneliness, betrayal and jealousy. Celestine being the family peace maker because of her name is interesting. Choice to make between David and Keith. This am definitely looking foward to read. Flawed individuals but with an artistic eye.

I really like the book's story and title. Its so simple yet complex. Keith strays from the norm, not only in terms of family but relationships. The book has the feel of a great afternoon read.

It sounds like a beautiful romance about complicated lovers and art. I am very intrigued about the name change and really want to know how her family reacts. Great review. Thank you.

You're review is compelling, I was glued from the start. I wonder what was the decision she made? And she is brave enough to change her name like that and move on. Sounds like a real deal. I'm going to try this read thanks to you!

This is a great review. This story sounds like one I would love to read. It has a girl wanting to be free to be herself, and she shows that by changing her name for one, to what would be considered a masculine name. Then this book has romance and passion I can tell. With the romances being forbidden one with a teacher and one with a guy who parents disapproves, will definitely make an interesting story. I will definitely make this one of my books to read later.
