I actually finished reading the book in one go! I did not think it was possible but I wanted to know what would happen next until I saw that I reached the end of the book. Thanks for the review, although it has so much detail that it is almost a spoiler :D

I got an offer to download this book and didn't take it. I guess it is not my kind of book, although it seems like the heartwarming kind.

When Angels Play Poker by Maura O'Leary is a fiction story that seem interesting to read. I like the themes and depictions explored in the book. I like it when the author paints a rare picture of Heaven. This is a great book and I recommend it to everyone.

This sounds a like a fun, light-hearted story. I love that you mention the main character keeps his earthly personality when he arrives in Heaven; that makes it so much more interesting and entertaining.112 is short for a book, and it would be heart to go into depth as far as the plot is concerned. However, I am glad that the lack of detail regarding background stories and details of heaven does not detract from the story. Thank you for reviewing this book. :)

If Angels can play poker, then I'm wandering the joy in heaven. I'll love to join the angels so we play poker together. Thanks for this excellent review.

Your last phrase reminds me of a song in a movie (3 idiots) i watched long time ago: "give me some sunshine give me some rain i wanna grow up once again!" thanks for the reminder! your review is awesome, it takes a smart mind to relate issues this way. but i will not read the book because i know that those who die does not go to heaven. so no point chasing a snake i know i can't kill! nevertheless your job is well done!
