Quite an interesting story. I like Natalie's strength of character as the eldest. Great review.

the review is beautiful, its about a girl trying to take responsibility for mother and siblings, also trying to take an older responsibility for those around her. like the book. I rate it 4 out of 4

Thanks for the interesting review there. The review does a good job of selling the key character, Natalie out as someone a reader will love to connect with. Though, I'll have loved to buy into the author's main subject too or the actual story and it's relevance just as much.

Vickie Noel wrote: 15 Jan 2018, 17:55 Wow, what a glowing review, I felt myself gently flowing with the peaceful river-life descriptions sprinkled all over it and on getting to the end, I'm truly craving to read the novel. I can relate to Natalie in more ways than one and I'm curious to find out why your feelings shifted gears from totally rooting for her to being mixed. Congrats to the author for such rave remarks and thanks for this awesome work!
This is a splendid review done by Diksha on 'IRONBARK HILL' Though I've not gone through the book, this concise and elaborate description, has given me much information about the major characters in the book and has awakened my interest for the book.Thanksdear

Mixed feelings. The book was well written, however, I think ,I just had trouble with the tempo. Interesting to read.

Great review! This sounds like a book that is very enjoyable. I'm curious why you were rooting for the main character in the beginning and were left with mixed feelings at the end of the novel. That definitely intrigues me and makes me want to find out why.

Very good and fluent review. Great job with representing the book to a reader in a way that they can find points they might or might not like in a book and it makes it easier to decide if a reader wants to pick the book up. It is a very probable choice for me.
