Thanks for the nice review, glad you enjoyed it. However, I think I'll pass on this one, it doesn't really appeal to me. It's great the editing was flawlessly done. Kudos to the author!

Congrats to James Henna on BOTD, and this is a great review. I’m really grateful for reviews that either make me certain I need to read a book, and also ones that make me certain a book isn’t for me. I believe this is the latter. I just finished You and Hidden Bodies and the character in those is highly sexist but I just don’t think I could get through it in this instance.

Call me Pomeroy seems like a humerous story with a rude character (not that I mind). I need a really funny book that can make me laugh out loud and then think about it for a moment, hope Call me Pomeroy is it!

A nice review about a satire that will drive you crazy throughout the reading. The review is comprehensive, but to the point and lets you make a wise decision on choosing this comic book.

I'm glad you enjoyed the book, but this just sounds like the type of comedy I would not like. I can't stand delusional characters or the prose that surround them. I would have to give this one a miss. But great review!

As a person who loves satire, this is a novel that I must download and read it. Thanks for this review.

Good review.

I rarely read satire or comedy, but the first page of the book grabbed my attention and I cannot stop laughing. N

Looks like one of those love it or hate it books - no way to tell until you take the plunge. It's been sitting on my kindle for a while, so I guess it's time to grab the rubber duckie and jump in.

I’m happy to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the story, and experienced numerous laugh-out-loud moments.
I'm glad you enjoyed this book. I had put it on my "want to read" shelf. Gonna prepare my stomach and my gums for a ROFL before reading this book. Thanks for the detailed review. ^_^

Lying low from the police yet attempting to land a record deal for his musical abilities! Indeed Pomeroy is unbelievable!! It's good you liked him, though. I think I would get impatient with his crude/sexist disposition. Already I had moments of 'really?!' from the sample. Thanks for the review.
