Based on this review, the book sounds like an easy read. The subject matter is relevant to current issues. The time period of the 60's being an age of sex, drugs and rocknroll is appealing. The characters are interesting as they explore and navigate through life's slippery slopes. Thanks for the review which stimulates my curiosity to read the book.

I have just never been into the 60s. My mom often gets irritated with me because she was a teen in the 60s, but I just don't get it. So, I know this book would not be for me. I'm sure someone who likes reading about this bygone era would enjoy it. It's too bad about the editorial errors because it sounds like this deserves a higher rating based on storytelling merit. Thanks for your insight.

The review is nicely elaborated with Alex, Jamie, sabastian and Danny forming a rock band but later has to break up as Jamie moves to the next stage of his life. This book elaborates that friendship and love for one another is truly a journey

The review conveys the innocent carefree style of the novel and I'm in the mood for exactly such a story right now. Will definitely be reading this book soon.

Sounds like this would be a great book to read. I enjoyed your review. I’m sure I’ll enjoy this book. It reminds me of my younger days when I traveled out to the west coast, so I’m sure they’ll be lots I can relate to.

As I haven't read the book, I cannot form an opinion. But I'll definitely check this book out. Thanks for your review.

This book sounds wonderful and very character-driven. The sixties "summer of love" and the "flower child" concepts have always intrigued me, especially since I know it wasn't as sunshine and happy as people try to make it seem. It's a shame about the editing errors, but I'll still keep it on my "to read" list. Thank you for the thorough review.

It sounds like the characters are enjoyable and pretty well developed. I hope the multiple characters and editing errors don't prove distracting, though.

Oh, this sounds so charming! I hope the author takes your advice and gets the book properly edited. It's a shame to see a good story damaged by lack of editing.

A story where friendship is formed between individuals. Fate brought them close together to experience a special bond. This is quite a good book to read. It reverberates fresh feelings felt only when you're with people who understands you better than trying to judge you.

Great review!!! Looks like a story who forces you to re-think your life choices and your lifestyle as well. Life is nothing without freedom, love and mutual understanding. These three are thought to be pillars of a good positive relationship and life.

Sounds like a really good story of friendship made to stand the test of time. Through your review I can picture each character before I open the book. Not usually an era I read about it but I'm going to give it a try.
