Sounds like this book really brings to life the more fun aspects of the sixties. It has too much drug use for my taste though, hope others enjoy!

For those who didn't live through the 1960's, this book sounds like it would provide a good overview. Thanks for the review.

Thank you for your insightful review. It gave me a short but clear glimpse of what living in the era of free spirits, love and flower power seems to be. And to read a book that provides vivid depiction and substance to such in a three-dimensional way would be interesting.

Warmhearted innocence and flexible friendships are beautiful gems in any relationship. Kudos to the author for helping others relive their fond memories of the 60's. I'm not in that class, but can think of a few who are...

Thank you for sharing this review of "Good Vibrations" by Gina Marie. This sounds like an interesting story for those interested in one of the most evolutionary times in US history that included the hippie culture. I appreciate your warning about persistent drug use in the story which this is something I don't want to read about. There was a lot of misconception at this time that drug use expanded the mind when in reality a lot of people overdosed, a chronic problem we still face today.

The 60's will always rock for me. It's a decade of awakenings. I would happily reminisce with the Craynes and sing along with the greatest hits of that special period in music and life.

Can’t wait to start this book! I’d like to say that I’m curious and going to read this book because of the friendship or something but that would be a lie. I only really want to read the romance part! Homosexuality? Did their friendship blossomed into something more? How did the others react? Did they end up together? Ooohhh!!! I’m reaaaally curious! Good thing it’s free today!!!

After reading the review, this book isn’t what I initially thought! I haven’t read much about he “hippie era,” but it sounds like this is a great, character based look at the time period. Too bad about the errors though. Thanks for the review!

Looks like a fun read. Thanks for sharing your review. Sad to see that there are errors but glad there is not so many that they affect the story. Glad it was a free book, I can't wait to read it especially with the fun-funny banter.

Thanks for sharing your review. I'm sad to see that there were errors, but glad to see that they didn't affect the story too much. Glad I was able to get a free copy. I can't wait to read it especially with the fun/funny banter. One of my favorite kind of stories.

Thanks for your review! The Hippies Era never appealed to me, and it still doesn't. Hence, I'm going to pass on this book. It's nice, however, that you were able to fondly recall your friendships while reading.

I like to read books that are action-packed, however it seems like this book isn’t one so I think I’ll pass on this book. I like how the characters seem to be really realistic. Great job on the review!

Great review and thank you for sharing. This book sounds like it could be an easy 4-star book with some more editing to fix the errors you mentioned. I am interested in reading the book to see what the friends' lives were like during that time period. It sounds like a relaxing and easy going read.

I like the premise, it's interesting to take the characters through their band days, in the free spirited era of the 60's. Too bad about the errors. I hope the author can get those fixed. Thanks for the review.

This sounds like a nice nod to the era of times past and an interesting story about interpersonal relations. Although not likely for me, I can definitely see the allure to book like this.
