It is great to see characters grow in a storyline. Personalities change and it makes the reader create an even stronger bond with the lead. For this reason, I believe this book is worth the read.

I like how the author made the characters lifelike by making the bonds of relationships take its time. Who to trust? Don't we all make ourselves this question from time to time? I'm glad the story delves this topic. Thank you for the interesting review!

In your excellent review, I was intrigued not so much by what you said, but what you left unsaid...a great way to entice us to read the book, (and avoid spoilers). We've all met interesting characters, good and bad, along the way to adulthood, Darwin perhaps more than most. Well done!

Sometimes it's hard to review a story and not reveal spoilers but it can be done!

Thanks for the review. It sounds like this would be a book that appeals to all ages and will give people the boost to their confidence in order to survive in a world they aren't familiar with. I am glad that you couldn't find any grammatical errors because those can be so annoying!

I believe this will appeal to a variety of readers. But most important this novel shows that you can't take on the burden of other people's failures in life.

This book sounds very interesting! Based on what you said about the story-line, along with the pacing (in the comments), it seems like a great read. The next time I want to read a coming of age story, I'll definitely keep this in mind.

This looks like a great read. I like coming of age stories. I also like that this wasn't the typical poor boy makes good, instead, it's a rich boy learning life lessons from interesting people. I love character driven books. It's going on my shelf. Thank you for a great review.

I agree with the reviewer - this book captures your interest from the beginning. I'm looking forward to the end and I like that he identified the target readers by groups, to one of which I belong.
