I loved reading your review, probably more than I would enjoy reading this book. You do a great job of covering the story and the pros and cons of it. For me, I think seeing constantly through the eyes of someone like Sammy would be a big turn-off.

I'm not much into gossip, either, so this book probably isn't for me. While some authors can get away with using improper grammar and slang, others cannot pull it off. I think it takes a certain kind of book for the casual language to fit properly. I enjoyed your review. Thank you for sharing!

Hey, Kelebogile,
I like your matter-of fact reviews, I am a fan. I am not a woman and do not like gossipy books so probably I will not go for it, hahaha. But I like the finding-yourself books, they have that something they need to wrench out of you, maybe that is why you felt the discomfort.
Anyway, thank you!
