I don't think this book is for me. I like the fact that it is humorous though. This review definitely brings out the best of the book.

Sounds like a disturbing and thought-provoking book with the twistedness of "The Twilight Zone". Your review excellently captures the essence of the book. Nice work!

I read the sample, and was a little put off that a big part of it was reviews. Reviews are great, but I didn't need them in the sample, and passed over those. I wanted to read the author's work itself, and I almost didn't even read the full sample, because I kept seeing review after review.

Your review, however, was wonderful, and changed my mind. I think I will enjoy this book, thank you.

Great review. There is more to this book than one realizes. It sounds like the author did a magnificent job with the variety of stories in this book. Seems like it would really give someone a great perspective of what these individuals deal with daily. Thank you for sharing.

Having read the sample, I can see that this book does indeed reside in a "dark world." Definitely not my taste. Thanks for the review.

The review says that the writing style of the author changes depending on each story, and the style is superb. So is the writing of the review. It's refreshing to read of how life revolves around the unfortunate ones, those who are sick and demented and do not know what is going on in their lives. It's an art and talent to graphically depict these scenarios, kind of tough if you will, unless one is gifted with emotion and visualization as are the author Hanna and of course reviewer EMoffat. Thanks!

Thanks for the review. It is nice to know that young readers may not want to read this. I don't mind dark reads, but I know people who do so mentioning it in the review is great. Sounds like a good read though.

I read the sample, and I think this book is a little too bizarre for me. Great review, though.

A short and concise review. I enjoy short stories and I can definitely add this one to my collection. The dark humor has a nice appeal/niche.

I'm not usually a fan of short stories, but this collection seems to be quite unique and very intriguing. I think it's a shame that you told us of the twist at the end of your favourite story. I would have like to see if I could spot it myself. Other than that, thanks for the great review, I've added this to my wish list.

A bizarre story which delves into the minds of troubled people. I would not be able to read this. Thanks for the review though.
