Thanks for the nice review. I am interested to know more about the baby boomers because they belong to the generation of my parents and most of our managers and supervisors belong to this generation. I will surely love this book.

Southern Fried stories by Deuce Dalton is hillarious. The book is generally good with interspersed humor. In the general hierarchy of great books, it doesn'the rank that high.

I like humor and it sounds interesting.I have spent much time in that part of the country, so this might be a quick way to get a glimpse into the culture of those states

I find this oddly like reading a diary.
It's quite interesting to see how Deuce remembers every little detail about the Deep South and whatever happened there. His family sounds like those people you'd watch on a reality TV and enjoy. Its quite amazing really how he talks about the "good old days" because nowadays how life is going nobody can expect their life story to be like Deuce's.
If you're one of those people who would like to know the difference between having "good days" now and during deuce's time. Then ,this book is a must read. You can read this book over tea  it's one of those book with the feels. I highly recommend giving this book a chance. :D
