What a great review. This book sounds interesting to read. I would want to know what will happen to Mr. Robert's family till the end.

This is such a beautiful book! I grew up with my grandfather and Gil reminds me of him a lot. I also liked the characters and the dialogues well crafted, too. Thank you so much for this review. Very complete and detailed. I also want to read about this family and see what happens to Gil.

This is a great review. The book seems to be a little to sentimental and emotional for me, but I'll definitely suggest to a few friends! Congrats!

Although this book talks of family values and relationships, especially a man and his aging parent, you can actually relate to their ordeals. Their retired father is just that, retired and looking forward to meeting his friends in the great beyond. I'm sure there are people who will find this a great read but it is not for me. Sure I will find time to read this book when I don't have anything much left to do but read. :snooty: :eusa-think:

It sounds as if Robert has his hands full. He sounds as if he is a very caring, committed son and father.

Thank you for the great review. I loved the sample and now, after reading your review, I think I will have to purchase this book. I know from first hand experience the struggle with taking care of someone with dementia while trying to raise my son.

I cannot wait to read We Won't Forget You Mr. McGillicuddy. I think the setting looks so inviting and the cover is great with the target on the back. This will make for great May reading.

I really like that the writing is simplistic. It helps create a bond with the characters. Really great review.
