[Following is a volunteer review of "Days of Future Found" by M. K. Wark.]
Days of Future Found, is written by M. K. Wark, is a novel about the realities of aging and how the world keeps on improving the longevity of life by examining the behaviors and daily lifestyle of good prospects to learn something from them, to share to those who will be needing it.
There are various eyes and minds around us, beliefs that help us make choices, choose paths that interest us, and help us to keep our virtue. There is variety of eyes and how these look at the lives, options and paths take on, this helps people to see the actions of another on the outside and evaluate a person on the inside. There is variety of minds with different beliefs, knowledge and intellect that help a person to make a choice and weigh situations before making a decision. Everyone makes a choice, it may be good or bad but the person who did it on that time might think or know that it is the only choice she/he has to make. What a person chooses today will reflect on what is to happen next.
Reasons and knowledge helps people decide on what to do and what to tell. Knowledge is powerful that some might not understand the logic of doing such an act; it might look negative, at first but the outcome is positive or the other way around. Reasons what held others back on revealing the truth to avoid pain and sorrow to those whom they love. Both are often used to weigh a decision and make a choice that would dictate the future. Now the question is, is it enough not to tell and let others guess and worry to death?
Ella and Riley are friends, when that time came when the other person need is a voice of reason. They have shared their deepest concerns, worries and beliefs about what is happening around them. In their time they have to keep up with the pace for them to survive and understand why such a certain act is being done. Good thing for them, it’s never too late to make a choice. The choice is always in front of us, there is never a single option, and there are always two or more options to choose. Therefore they choose the way that would take them on an adventure to seek the truth and clear the fog of doubts and predictions.
Along their journey aside from their goal to uncover the truth, they also encounter people that would make them realize something that they haven't noticed at themselves. They have met and reunite with people that gave them another option to choose from. Meeting those people again made a difference, and let Ella and Riley change something.
I really enjoyed reading this book, it’s like looking at another perspective in a different time space and at the same time expecting that time in the near future. For the reason we all know that growing old is never far away, every minute that passes makes us older than the minute before. Growing old with good health condition is a blessing, and that knowledge that we acquire while growing into the person of our dreams is something to be grateful for. Growing old with knowledge is better than just simply growing from youth to old.
I believe it is professionally edited due to the fact that there are only few mistype words. Therefore I give this book a rate of 4 out of 4.
