Thanks for your on-point review. I don't usually like sci-fi, but this story rings true. It is believable that in twenty years we will be greatly affected by climate change since we are already seeing its effects on our environment. Also realistic is the reliability on 'keepers' and advanced surveillance systems. The in-depth character development is well-done, and I like the female lead. All in all, a fast-paced, relatable, and interesting book. Congrats BOTD! I'll be finishing this one.

This book sounds very interesting and I am eager to read it. By the sound of it, it seems like it will connect with our world a lot, and with the mention of the advanced technology takin over our lives it reminded me of the Netflix series Black Mirror. So maybe it could be adapted to something like that one day. Thanks for the review!

I love dystopian books, and this one sounds interesting and exciting! However, I feel that after reading your review, I know exactly what will happen in the entire story, although maybe there are some twists that you didn't mention.

A book to keep you captivated. Salt of the the Earth is filled with suspense and unique in its character. I really find the Keeper watch device very fascinating wish there's such a device in real life. Great work and genuine piece of creativity by Kate Moschandreas

This does seem like quite an interesting thriller. I love that it is the sort that could translate well to film, too.

I like sci-fi stories. This story seems interesting. Jess is a scientist who researches on graphene. The ongoing global warming can definitely put us in the same situation as described in the book.

I'm not really into science fiction but it looks to be more than that with it's elements of romance and thrill so I would actually consider reading it.

Thanks for the very thorough review, but I just don't think this one's for me, as I'm not a fan of books where people are on the run, being chased by those who would see them erased or whatever. The technology does sound interesting, but not enough to overcome my reservations about the plot.

I´m usually not a fan of dystopias and the fact that this one is so believable is a little scary, but also very appealing. I loved your review, your enthusiasm for the book really shines through and it´s contagious! Plus, the character development seems very interesting.
Thank you!

It was very enjoyable to read your review about this book. I love dystopian books, but I have never before read one that was so very close to our own time. The plot for this story sounds original and exciting and I cannot wait to read it. This is going on my to read bookshelf.

I like the smart watch that analyzes her messages, especially the one from the person she thought she knew. I expect fans of dystopian novels and sci-fi will be interested in reading the outcome for Jess, Matteo and David. I am not sure the plot appeals to me, but I will consider it.

I'm taken by the book just by looking at its cover. From the review and the bit I sampled, the book looks face-paced like one that would hold your attention till the end. The technological advancement in the book doesn't seem far fetched for a futuristic book staged in 2038. I trust Jess would overcome her obstacles in the end and find a way around the greedy competing firms.
