It's great that the author is able to paint a vivid picture of the scenery - kind of makes you feel like you are there. Too bad about the unanswered questions at the end, but I'm glad that you were able to enjoy the book regardless!

What an historical Novel.
I really enjoyed reading this book. No matter what journey life takes you, you have to have a strong heart. To be able to take a trail down your ancestors path is amazing. With A strong heart and sound mind you can face any obstacles . A journey that seemed pointless to one person,
became a learning adventure for all. I would definitely save and read this book again also recommend it to others. It was a really good read.
