Interesting storyline. There's something strange about the abduction of the baseball players.
Reading is a journey to the world.

The book has the promise of being an interesting, intriguing and suspensive read. It opens with pure mystery : Why should an innocent, happy and contented baseball player be kidnapped?
The review is excellent.

Gilded Prisons seems like an intriguing and action-packed and multi-genre novel. There's drama, suspense, sports, mystery, and romance - a little something for everyone. Great review.

This is a fictional story revolving around the personal lives of some baseball players, and also involves political conflict between the US and Cub. This well-written novel seems interesting. It also contains profound life lessons – 'we can only control what we can control and hatred is a waste of time and energy.' Thank you for the review!

The book Glided Prisons is really impressive so far I have read until now. The main characters featured in this book Justin the baseball player his two buddies , his wife and his lovely kids.
Each and everyone is having a different personalities and views . It all changes when he gets kidnapped till he gets back to his family. His wife has played a strong role and experienced many ups and downs . The language is also very simple and understandable . I could imagine the senario's . It was all intresting due to the suspence and mystery.
Thank you.

there are highlights that I like, but I'm skipping this one, trust me.
Is the kidnapping personal or political?
Will there be a war between Cuba and the United States?
You will have to read Gilded Prisons by Linda Gould to find out.

I'm glad its not a book about sports. This sounds like a good book to read full of mystery and and suspense. And as she point out, anger is a waste of time and energy. It gives us something to think about. Thank you for a great review.
