I think that will be expounded in the next book. What if his twin and his mum want to destroy Iksha from the inside but they haven't yet because it is bigger than Adam and Carly think.

Maybe the twin will appear in the next book. I read this book and it has many unanswered questions.

I feel like the twin and mother, who were mentioned to have joined the Iksha, were destroyed in Carly’s blaze at the end. I do hate that we didn’t get to meet them, as it would’ve given the story another arc that could have been explored to make Adam more personable. It would’ve been pretty awesome actually if they had come out in the fight and caused a moment where all the descendants were conflicted.

I have the feeling that Kane is Adam's twin, there is just something about this names in relation to the Bible Cain and Abel it cant be coincident. They both love the same girl and something in Kane seems fishy. I can also see rivalry coming between the two, cant wait to read the next book to view my theory.

I see there are three books in the series so most probably Adam's twin will feature in the second book. I really can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series.

Split Adam is the second book in the Scion Saga. If you read Split Adam, all your questions will be answered.

Since this is the first book in the series, I fully expect that Adam's twin -- Dylan, who has joined the Iksha -- will come up in later books. I don't have any burning questions in particular, but I anticipate that the incomplete plot points / storylines will be continued in the later books.

True. Maybe the author plans to shed more light on his twin in the sequel

I thought the same when I reached the end of the book. I would've liked to know more about the twin. But then I realised that it's a series and it definitely gives a lot of scope in the next installments of the series.

Everyone keeps saying it’s for another installment, but the real question is: will there be another installment?

Here's my thing: in the book, Carly has this whole sequence where she believes she sees Adam sleeping with Lana, one of Vikki's posse, at Josh's party. When Carly briefly mentions it to Adam at the time she was feeling vulnerable and feeling that Adam didn't want her, Adam doesn't really know what she's talking about but kinda leaves it be. My theory is that it was actually Adam's twin who was with Lana at the time and not Adam at all.

The author only mentions it twice in the whole book and kinda drops it into the text out of nowhere. When I first read it, it felt like a "Wait, what??" moment. But I think it would make sense if it was actually Dylan.

The second book (Split Adam) is already out and available on Amazon. The third book is completed and will be published soon, I believe. The back of Opaque said that it was going to be released in 2020.
