It was a funny scene where she covered for Will's identity by feigning to have been insulted by the comparison.LV2R wrote: ↑21 Sep 2019, 22:24 I thought that Will's disguise was funny. He had red hair, red flushed face, and swollen arms and legs. I can picture Will and his uncomfortable disguise. His sister, Emmy, stated to everyone when they were all staring at Will, "So...which of you geniuses thinks that I look remotely... like him!" This helped Will's uncomfortable situation and everyone laughed.

That was hilarious! I chuckled out loud at that part. It helped will diffuse the situation, but he was so self conscious already, poor guy!LV2R wrote: ↑21 Sep 2019, 22:24 I thought that Will's disguise was funny. It not only diffused the situation and belay those rumours, but it made for an interesting funny memorable moment in the book.Kro92813 wrote: ↑22 Sep 2019, 12:12That was hilarious! That is a very funny , unexpected scene. I just wish Emmy had got more recognition for her bravery.

This funny scene made me long for a more active role for Emmy throughout the book.little_nell15 wrote: ↑23 Sep 2019, 10:35That is a very funny , unexpected scene. I just wish Emmy had got more recognition for her bravery.

I initially missed the Cully Flower, but do think it's a cute word play.

I did find Drinkwater to be an intresting character with an amazing past worthy of a prequel.

You could take a lesson in being a little less condescending though
