William. He is calm, smart, and brave.
Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

My favorite character was Myra; because she was put in the middle of a battle between a large company and her native traditions. Her father, William had abandon ship and she didn't know if he survived or not. Her strength brought her to go out and search for her father in bad weather. She wanted to find him if he was alive or not.

Well, it's difficult picking the best character in this book. They were all exceptional in their roles. This is something that Charles Sheldon is very good at. However, I'll go with Larry. He can take a risk to save the day.

All characters portray their roles perfectly so it'll be hard to choose. But I love Anne.

Not easy to arrive at this decision. William, had the strength that kept the group going. Pete, because he was doing what had to be done to support himself and his son. Sarah was interesting because she was always so positive, helpful, and loving.

The story started with Steve and I couldn’t help but like him. The intense scene in the beginning of the book, how he was dealing with his nightmares and the condition of the ship... worrying about his son, about his friends and crew...
I also enjoyed it when William was around. He was a strong character. And of course lovable.

Can I also state here my least favorite character (since no entries talk about this issue)? Please? Joyce was such a despicable character.

My favorite is Williams. I really enjoyed his role. Also, towards the ending part of the book I thought He was died. I was so happy Sarah saw him. Great book.

I actually loved the Louise's character, because of how she doubted Larry. Precisely because she made me angry and I guess that's a commendable trait, to stir a feeling.
