I think it could be adapted into a television series better than a movie since the book deals with a lot of subplots and is quite complex. Since this book is a part of a series, makers can better utilize the book's material in a series since they will be to do justice to the length of the story.

In my opinion, I think this book is possible to be turned into a play.

I think every book can be adapted to screen and this book can be adapted as well. It can add to book's charm if done properly.

The language might be a challenge, but it could still be done. I think the success of this as a film would largely depend on casting. A script is only as good as the people who convey it. They would need to find a lot of women that could draw in a crowd.

just add a subtitle above the subtitles that tell you which language is currently being spoken and a movie would be golden!!

I have enjoyed movies in the past where language seems to be a barrier. A great movie must have a good plot. These book has a great plot, all it needs is a proper execution and it would be a great movie.

Of course it can, language barrier has never been a hindrance in movies. Besides since this is a historical sort of work, it will make a great movie and attract related audience.

I say definitely. It is fantastical and action-packed enough to perhaps catch the attention of Hollywood or any other film-making industries for that matter. And with the right director and team who had enough respect for the original story for a good adaptation, it is a possible dream.

As for the Ancient Languages, while I agree that it would be a not-so-easy feat, I do think it's doable as long as experts on linguistics of some sort be involved in the production. And while I'm pro to such step of keeping actual Latin and Celtic in the film, I personally do not mind if they stick to English as long as the movie stays true to the overall feel and plot of Apollo's Raven.

I would definitely like to see this book as a movie. I think it is a typical story and am not sure how well it would do; however, it is a story line I would be into. Maybe made for TV is a good option.

Honestly I think it's better off as a book. I just don't think it'll fare too well as a movie.

I think it could be adapted, but the story would need some updating for the screen.

I think it could definitely be adapted into a movie. It might be better as an extended series though similar to game of thrones. There is so much action in the novel I think they would have to cut it down for a two hour movie. Maybe it would need to be cut down too much. With an series they wouldn’t need to cut out as much and could stay true to the novel
