I completely see our nation heading this way. The more the government tries to restrain us citizens the angrier we become as a society. I believe that at a certain point those who are fed up with the control placed upon us will rise up to take action against it.

I think it is impossible for the united states to loose control of the world's power, and if for anything I think they even posses more clarity to the future than they claim.

I don't think it does predict the future and nothing can. A slight move can result in glory or loss

It seem like it's trying to predict the future but who knows what can happen in the future or when the future holds for us

Some of the situations described in the book are already reality. Supercorporations are forming (Google, Apple, etc.). We are already being tracked - willingly! Machines talk to us and predict our wants (Alexa, Siri). Many people are willing to let the government have more and more control. I think some of these things are already here - and people love it! We just don't realize what the final consequences will be. Could the US stop being a world power? Can globalization function with a single strong leading country?

I believe that the US will one day lose power. The prediction is true basing on the novel.

I think this book predicts the future because the facts it presents are actual and real happenings in the society today.

I haven't read the book yet, but look at how many times in the past that have been predicted by books. So, I believe that it could happen, but hopefully it won't.

Based on the current state of affairs in the United States, the dystopian future this book presents appears like a very scary and real possibility. Indeed, if we stop and think about it, corporations are already controlling so very much of our lives. That said, the future is wide open and if history has taught us anything, it’s that humans are VERY good at rallying when in crisis mode.

With everything happening right now, I think that this future is plausible to some points.

Each day is different and in our everyday living even we don't notice there is change happened. We can't be sure what will happen in the future but we can sure there is a change will happen. For me there is a possibility that this book is right.

I think the united states will lose power to China. I think China is silently working in the background waiting for the right time to strike.
