I think that even though it was fly fishing that united them, we can see that friendship happens regardless of the person's background and tastes.

What could you personally relate to? What lessons have you learned? Has this changed the way you see friendship? Why or why not?
Friendship means accepting each other, even if we are different in age or thinking, or of we have a different background. Friends support each other in time of need, and they don't judge. They are just there. I thinks the book made things look easier and clearer. A friend can remain a friend even if you don't talk to each other several years. It's about the connection that remains for ever or it has never been.

Friends are so important in our lives. We never know just how special a friendship can be and where it will take place. This book showed the true bond that these woman formed from an unusual liking to fly fishing. I have learned the strong powerful ness that can form over time that can make us laugh, love and enjoy life with common interests.

This book showed how wonderful friendships can be. And that age doesn't matter, and shouldn't be a limit in forming great friendships.

Friendship takes effort. Even if the friendship is strong, it needs nurturing from time to time.

Friendship is the crux of this book. We need true friends who will have our backs when calamity strikes. Every woman had their friends' back. Finding true friends is hard in this generation. But, once you find them, never let them go at any point in time.

I have replied this in previous post. I think it changed my perspective on how i saw friendship. Once you see that person if gives you that vibe, treasure that person. Positive friendship is worth investing in.

That friends are as rare as a rare sport. Maybe that's why these friends are willing to reveal something about their unique personalities through the bonds they share.
