This book relates so much with the friendship I have in real life. We don’t meet for months but still have the sameness friendship. But in problems and happiness we are always a call away from each other. It’s the same thing with the story. Friendship is a precious gift and one who have it is very lucky.

The "Reel Sisters" exemplified what a true friendship should be. In a world destroyed by self doubt and envy, this book showed we can achieve much more together. Each feminine character in this book were not perfect, they all had their shortcomings. It was the bond of friendship between them that helped them grow. No matter how strong you think you are, you still need someone to cry on, hold onto and laugh with. And that's true friendship!

None of the women are people who I necessarily would have expected to be friends, but they still put in the effort and cared about each other. That's what friendship is really about anyway.

The book did seem to highlight the importance of friendships, yet I think I'm out modern world most people don't have these types of lasting deep friendships anymore. So it seemed idealised and something that we may hope to achieve someday if we find suitable friends
Reading gives us somewhere to go when we have to stay where we are

Hopefully, they will learn that we can be great friends with people who have a different lifestyle from us.

That setting aside time for friends is important and also to be supportive of your friends.

What the book tries to teach its readers is that friendship can help us overcome our everyday struggles. Without friends, life can be a very cold, lonely place. It is always wise to divide power and responsibility among your group and carry together the weights of modern womanhood. One of the best books I have read this year.

It definitely makes we want to connect more with my peers as I tend to isolate myself. At times we all don't realise how much value others can add to your life because we're too busy existing in our own little bubble. At least I know thats the case for me.
Do you ever feel like you spend too much time reading? Yeah. Me neither.

It definitely sets a standard for true friendship. Other from that, I got a crash course in fly-fishing, something I never knew existed before reading this book. I admired the obvious passion for the sport and how helpful Cummings was in introducing and explaining the nitty-gritty of it.

What i learnt about friendship from this book is embodied in one quote given at the ending. 'We hold the friendships not only of the ones who are still with us but also of the ones who are already downstream'. The period i read this part, i had a good friend who has stopped relating with me without any reason. This quote helped me to let go of the resentment the situation made me feel. We still don't talk but I've let the hard feelings go. Who knows, we might get close again tomorrow.

That friendship is long-lasting and will last forever. Death will not stop us from loving our friends.

That they are the support to the bridge. Everything you do can be stressful and your freinds are there for you so you can always release stress through them

Although, this books focused more on girlfriends. I also think guys also have a great deal to learn from here. Nothing can ever be compared to the feeling of having true friends that really cares deeply about your wellbeing
