I was able to relate to each of them in a different way. I relate to Rose as the mentor for the other women. I relate to Veronica being in the corporate world & breaking free to forge a new path. I relate to Sophie being an independent woman living in Colorado. I relate to Amanda in her husband has a dangerous job and is gone most of the time.
I relate to Melody having many talents and not knowing what to do with them.

I definitely connected most with Melody, with her urge to find herself in the world. I can see myself in the others, but Melody is like a wilder version of me.

I relate to Amanda the most. She may seem quiet and even timid, but I believe she is a very strong character. She has to be strong to be there for her friends and family. Additionally, she is very resourceful and proud.

I relate to Veronica. I am an achiever and sometimes a bit smug. And I also do not know how to cook. Gosh. I love her so much. She's a city girl who have high dreams, just like me.

I relate to Sophie the most. The competitive attitude and way she recruited most of the gang makes think of my high school clubs. I also see much of my niece in her with the tomboy character.

I could relate to Sophie best - tomboy and need a little nudging in the dating area. It was perfect how she finally connected with her boyfriend. It was good to see her get stronger after breaking up with her fiancé.

I'd probably relate to Rose the most. I'm definitely the mom of my group just like her.

I related most to Melody. While I'm nothing like her, I related to her struggle to identify what path she wanted to live in life. She needed to make a lot of self-discoveries in the book. She is also quite a loner, which I feel is very relatable at this time in my life. I would love to find a group of friends like Melody found.

I related to Rose particularly. I liked her mature and wise outlook. The fact that she owned the cabin where they met set her apart from everyone. She had a lot of life experiences..she had lived many lives just as the ladies often joked. She was always willing to help just like me.

I could relate to Sophie as I like to protect and look out for those close to me. But then again, I could also relate to Rose who is headstrong and to Melody who is artistic and very independent.

Exactly my thoughts!!

I think I relate to all the women for different reasons, I don't think I can just pick one.

Miriam Molina wrote: 16 Feb 2018, 23:41 I think I am a mix of all the women. I suffered Sophie's broken heart. Like Rose, I used to have a home where my friends could stay with or without notice. I also enjoyed some time as a successful career woman like Veronica. I now experience Amanda's harried-head-of-the-household worries. I'll let you guess how I relate to Melody, LOL!
Is it the tattoos or the risk taking?
