While I would prefer not to read books focusing on the same character, I really enjoyed this book so I'd be hard pressed not to read the next one. I love how the settings are so detailed which is so important since the group is almost always travelling.

Books in a series tend to bore me at some point. I don't think i would read the next book.

I would definitely like to read the second book because I quite enjoyed reading the first and liked most of the characters. I would like to find out if Brimstone is successful in the quest for his identity and saving his soul.

I’m excited to read more of Brimstone’s soul searching adventure, as well!

I definitely want to read the next one(s)! I read and reviewed this book a long time ago, and while I remember little about it I do remember enjoying it, and I think there are far too few good YA fantasy novels - my favorite genre!

My favorite genre, also! There are decent YA fantasy novels, but I agree that there are too few really good ones.

I will definitely be reading the second, and subsequent, books. I am emotionally vested in seeing the good guys win.

I did plan to read this book to join the discussion but the unavailability of Kindle in Saudi Arabia made me tossed the idea out. 😷

The second book is compelling to read too as it piqued the interests of the readers who have read the first book.

If Kindle had been a door, I would keep on knocking until it will open and let me join with your discussions. 😄

I hope you’re able to read one or both (when the second comes out). It’s too bad there isn’t another format available right now.
