I think it’d be pretty difficult, too. It’s hard to say how much blood loss occurred, let alone how much of a donation would keep Jose in the clear to reach the hospital.
She couldn't even have guessed how much max she could donate as there is no such maximum specific to average population. It varies with every individual. Some faint even with minimal blood donation.
Yes, some faint with even a small donation, but there is an average maximum. Adults have 5 to 6 liters of blood. Anyone between 18 and 60 years, can safely donate one unit of blood every three months.
You seem to know a lot about these things. I like your wisdom :)

That was really risky for both of them, nice that both of them lived.

I had so many experiences which had made me to believe in this. I have donated blood myself.

I have not donated blood even once. I have no idea about this.

Thank you. It’s more experience than wisdom. 😉 I donated blood frequently in the past, and also worked in the heath care profession for years.

Surprising that such people still exist in this world

In Jennifer's case, I wasn't worried at all. Her so-called plot armor is so thick, I'm sure she'd survive anything. In a real-life scenario, in that similar situation, it would be utterly careless, since it puts both donor and recipient in danger.

She knew her abilities. But the greatest fear was if they would discover who she really was.
Would the machines discover something unusual with her blood?

Three pints is a lot of blood. It was a risky call since that much incompatible blood could cause a reaction later on as well. I think she made the right call though in that stressful situation.

I think everyone was so stressed at not being in control of the situation, that when she came forward and took over, they were so glad it didn't even occur to anyone to ask about how she gave so much blood.

Three pints of blood is a lot to draw from one person but however i thought Jennifer made the right decision to save Jose's life.
