She claimed she could figure out if blood samples were a match to Jose’s. I agree that this seems unrealistic to do under the circumstances, which is why it was so surprising that no one was curious as to how her blood testing actually worked.powergirl wrote:She cannot make medical examinations that the matter is that the blood of Jennifer was not analysed and it is possible that the book go through.
Was it too risky for Jennifer to donate blood to Jose?

If you like someone then one could risk their life for them.Anjum wrote:I think that it was the right thing to do at that time.

Would you think twice if you had to save your lover?BoyLazy wrote:I would do it if I was unaware of the problems that I could face later. If I have the understanding or knowledge of the issues that I may face, then I would have thought twice.

I hope this situation does not arise. But if it may kill both of us, then I could search for an alternative.Poornima wrote:Would you think twice if you had to save your lover?BoyLazy wrote:I would do it if I was unaware of the problems that I could face later. The risks Jennifer had here weren’t life threatening. She ran the risk of being found out. So her situation is a bit different from something you’d run into in a more typical situation.BoyLazy wrote:I hope this situation does not arise. I guess that makes sense; donate enough to ensure Jose makes it to the ER without looking too suspicious.Reviewer Book wrote:I would definitely donate blood in that position, but maybe not as much.

True, but she had pretty advanced intelligence, so she could probably make an educated guessBoyLazy wrote:Just enough to make it.. thats quite tricky to predict..Christina Rose wrote:I guess that makes sense; donate enough to ensure Jose makes it to the ER without looking too suspicious.Reviewer Book wrote:I would definitely donate blood in that position, but maybe not as much.

I think that's difficult even for a professional. I am not from that field so can't say for sure.Reviewer Book wrote:True, but she had pretty advanced intelligence, so she could probably make an educated guessBoyLazy wrote:Just enough to make it.. thats quite tricky to predict..Christina Rose wrote:

I think it’d be pretty difficult, too. It’s hard to say how much blood loss occurred, let alone how much of a donation would keep Jose in the clear to reach the hospital.BoyLazy wrote:I think that's difficult even for a professional. She couldn't even have guessed how much max she could donate as there is no such maximum specific to average population. It varies with every individual. Some faint even with minimal blood donation.Christina Rose wrote:I think it’d be pretty difficult, too. Yes, some faint with even a small donation, but there is an average maximum. Adults have 5 to 6 liters of blood. Anyone between 18 and 60 years, can safely donate one unit of blood every three months.BoyLazy wrote: ↑28 Nov 2017, 06:02She couldn't even have guessed how much max she could donate as there is no such maximum specific to average population. I agree it wasn’t life threatening for her, but I was referring to whether or not it was too risky to her being “found out.”pricessbianca28 wrote: ↑29 Nov 2017, 19:37 Risky if she hadn't any symbiotes in her body. It is alright because she saved someone from dying.
