lets hope the sequel has more adventures as it has so much potential.

I agree it lacked creativity. It was pretty cliché.

It at least tied up some loose ends.

It was like a closure that was suggested by kids

This is fine that plot changed at the end, i liked the twist because it moved the path of the story and made it more interesting

I think the plot twists at the end was good. Yet, I do believe that the author could have found a less cliché way to tie up the loose ends.

I thought that the plot twist was a bit weird like it was just put in at the last moment. It felt out of place and it didn't really go well with the story.

I support the twist at the end because it changed the whole tone of the book and was quite exciting

You could see the twist coming and when it arrived I actually felt let down as I was hoping for something fresh!

I think if nothing else, the twist provides a way to continue a sequel and maintain some continuity with the original story.

I actually haven't read that many stories with the "twin" plotline, so this came as a surprise to me! Looking back though, there were definitely some signs that I missed. I do think there was a little problem with the flow of the story near the end, but I'm not sure the plot twist was fully to blame.

I myself am a fan of plot twists-- as long as it pertains and fits with the storyline. And not just something the author threw in because they seemed to run out of ideas.

The only good thing about the twist was that it injected some much needed plot into the story. I feel like the entire middle of the book is just a narration of Jennifer's boring, upper-class life where she goes to college and has lots of sex. With the twin, at least we see some more space travel.

Throughout the story, I was expecting some big development about the whole "past-Jennifer" thing. I do believe it could have been better executed, and that the way it was done responds to the author's need to give some credibility to said plot point. In fact, I expected more connections with the "future" to appear throughout the plot. I think it would have made the book much more interesting.
