I agree that it seemed a very convenient way to tie everything together. I found it odd that Jennifer faced no social awkwardness, as well. That much of a time difference should have caused some difficulty.Manali_DC wrote:Jenny's appearance felt like a convenient way to somehow stitch a story together! A woman from the future travels so many years into the past and seems to fit right in!! She experiences no social awkwardness, no difficulty in interacting with people- and the author tries to explain this away by saying she has a twin! This twin wasn't even born in the same century as her-- so no I didn't like the twin explanation.
Did you like the plot twist at the end?

The ending was a bit cliché and thrown together. It definitely could have been stronger.powergirl wrote:The end of this book make me angry . I did not expected this end .

Was very basic twist.. Should have been better thought of.radioactivelyradiant wrote:I personally am not a fan of the "twin cliche' plot twist. It always feels somewhat shoehorned in as a last resort to make a novel seem deeper or more special.

Although I am among those not thrilled with the plot twist, I’m hoping the author has taken this twist and written a great second book.BoyLazy wrote:Was very basic twist.. Yes agreed, the twin twist is very cliched and repeated in so many places.
