Jennifer's decision to leave her team was a fair one. There was more she could do for them on earth than where they were. She needed some time away to find herself again anyway.

Like many other commentators in this forum, I think the timing of her decision to leave was poor. However I liked that she made arrangements for the team to still achieve its goal in her absence.
