Good point about the cover, it looks mysterious and adventurous. Good poster for a film..

30th Century: Escape will work as a film. Why? Even fictions or other genres worked and left good memories to the audiences.

The success (if filmed), depends upon how the whole team work as one, how they captivate the audience when they give life to it and the vastness of ads for the world to know and watch it.

I think some more work on the suspense is needed and bigger twist needed to make it to a film

The TV show Quantum has the same theme. The whole travel back in time storyline. So yes, this would work as a TV show.

I think this would make a good film if combined with the other three books. The plot would be more developed and I think it would hold the viewer's attention better. I don't think you could make a movie based on the first book alone because there isn't enough going on and there isn't really a large "Oh my gosh" moment.

This is probably true, although I haven’t read any other books in the series. I don’t know how well the plot line is developed after the first book, but I’m sure it’ll provide more material for a successful film.

I don't think this book would make a good movie! It starts out as a sci-fi and the first part might be good for a few visual scenes. But what happens after Jennifer arrives into the past-- there aren't enough action packed scenes or intrigues-- the story meanders with Jennifer exploring her relationships. The ending too was abrupt and not entirely believable!!

Yeah! it would definitely work. Since there are lots of categories of films, i believe it would capture the minds of the population that loves watching more of porn-like films and those that love sci-fi as well.

I think it could work as a film, I think for all the sex scenes, Tv series may work better, so those can be drawn out over different times, and days and not seem so compact.

TV series is a good idea... Some TV series nowadays have lot of such scenes and are liked by people.

Thank you all for your comments that can improve my book. This is book 1. Hope I do better in book 2 and 3 that have been written. Yes, the sexual detail would have to go in a screen play for a film. I agree 100%. Also, the plot could use some prioritization when this book is cut to a 1.75 hours. What should the focus be on? May be on the action scenes.
Interstellar was changed 99% and The Martian was just shorted to show the action.

Great that our feedback could help you.. from most of the discussion, we get a feedback to increase focus on sci-fi part and reduce the number of sex scenes. Thanks for commenting on this forum. Welcome ?

Are there any plans to make a movie with this book?

The story can come out to be a great movie. The producers will have to think about the audience whether they would be the X-rated type or just general family viewing.
