Na I don't think, understanding Sarah's story of the people and the wives was hard, those who had the audiobook didn't have better to say as the narrator couldn't really capture the intensity, so i think they should just stick to books.

yes I think it can be a good film because it is when we can be able to detect the lifestyle of Sarah the time she was with her real parents .We can also be able to witness the facial expression of Ruth the time she dumped her. Finally we can be able to know exactly what happened for Sarah to be in the hands of her grand mother Ruth and for some of us can have an opportunity to witness the view of peninsula

Do you think the story would adapt well to screen? If not, why not? Do you imagine any particular actors as certain characters? Is there anything that could be changed for a TV audience?
I do believe this story would adapt to the screen. The sequences in the boat would be interesting and the run-ins with animals would be amazing to watch. The scenery would be fabulous, especially for those of us who have never had the opportunity to visit this part of the world.

I usually love the book version more than the movie, but I do believe this would be a film I would enjoy more than the book. Some scenes in the book were a bit longer than they needed to be and I grew bored. The part I really enjoyed were Sarah's visions as Strong Heart - the rest felt a bit drug out and boring.

The book can work as a film since adventure films are usually welcomed.

Yes, it would be intersting and this is going to compete with comic Cons and Marvel. What do you say

oh yes, "Strong Heart" as a film, I would love to see that, I always love watching film that connects the two worlds together, the past and the present, especially when it involves the natives and the current settlers, plus the magic and the adventure, definitely it would make a grate film, that is if it is not made out like those low budget films with cheap sound effect and all.

I can see Strong Heart as a movie. The screenwriters should emphasize the growing relationship with her grandfather. I agree with CatintheHat that the flashback should be broken up into parts, like it is in the novel.

I don't know. It doesn't seem like a novel that would be appropriated well into that genre. It might be hard to do justice to the book.
