Sarah experiences a vision detailing what life could have been like for young women in Washington State many years ago. Did anything stand out and did it get you thinking on how far women have come in society?

Back in Strong Heart's days there was glory and pride in who you were married to and what that person could do. Strong Heart broke the mold when she threw a spear better than most men. I think that was the defining moment that things were going to change for women.

Women have come too far I will say. They can pursue any education or profession according to their desire. They have a say in all matters.

In villages still some case is very bad. I have seen in real. They don't have money to come to City so they are stuck in that poor life .

It's always been like that. Some parts of the world are developed and in some parts men are having less say and women are worshipped just like goddess.

That was truly a defining moment.

Some women were goddesses back in the ancient times. Women were respected. It's a telling thing when women in some cultures today are treated worse than their 1000 year old counterparts. They had the right idea back then.

Yes, women have definitely come for and we still have much more that needs to be achieved!

It's not a case that men have to struggle to match up to women level.

Hahaha! They did! We need to go back to the way things were thousands of years ago!

Sarah's journey as captive, back then as she was referred to as strong heart we see that women had been dependent on men and with little free will. With time as difference in strong heart's generation and young Sarah's generation we can see that women are continuously evolving and it has reached a point where even men can depend on women a times. For example when Sarah gets lost Tom and Walleye have to depend on Myra to hike and search for Sarah since their old age is a hindrance.

I think the situation of women has drastically changed. We gradually moved away from a patriarchal and male dominated societies to eras of gender equality. I think women have come very far .

Women have definitely come far.
