I am interested in reading the sequel because

1) I want to see Sarah and her mother's abuser brought to justice
2) I want to see how Myra and Sergei's relationship plays out and who convinces whom
3) I want to know more about tom's grandfather's story
4) I want to know how the mining in the park is stopped.

I'm not very interested in Strong Heart and the sacred place storyline - apart from how it helps wrap up the above plot points

I am eagerly waiting for Adrift. Will grandpa and granddaughter and friends stop the construction? Will Sergei and Myra find common ground? The mountains have a lot more to say.

After reading your post and others, I am delighted to find that there is a sequel planned. I definitely will be reading it.

I believe his story, the theme, plot, and the environment he created delivered enjoyment and interest to keep a reader wanting more.

Yes!! Hopefully this isn't a spoiler, but the cliff hanger ending has me asking a ton of questions and hoping a sequel could answer many of them or create more questions.

I believe the story, plot and the surroundings that are shown in this book are amazing and it has taken lot of research involved in it. So it deserves a sequel and I will be interested in reading it.

I didn't realize there was going to be a sequel. When I finished the first book, I hoped for a second, but also could understand if the author wanted to leave the story open ended. I will definitely be reading the sequel! I really enjoyed Sheldon's storytelling technique.

There is a sequel? Great! I will definitely check it out. I wonder what he will do to match the voyage though. That's the part that fascinated me. Presumably they will find more artefacts in the present day and toss out the mining, which would be good. Definitely Myra is the character to watch.

Honestly, I think I'd rather read a prequel than a sequel. I'm not as interested in finding out what happens next, as I am in what happened before. I'd like to know more about the background stories, more about Sarah's mother, even more about Tom's relationship with Ruth. Anything that would bring more insight to this book.

Some suggest for a prequel.. that is an interesting thought for me.

Even though I wouldn't read the sequel for my own personal enjoyment, if I had to read it for BOTM than I would also want to know more about Tom's grandfather and if Finch gets what he deserves.

I loved the point of abusers bright to Justice.

If I were to read the book, I wouldn't mind finding out more about Myra and Sergei either.
