I really have some questions not answered yet, I really want to know if they are able to come back, if something happens between Myra and Sergei, and if Tom is able to see the bear...

I am definitely going to read the sequel. There were too many unanswered questions at the end of the book: future of Sarah with the law and with her grandfather, relationship between Myra and Sergai, future of the mining operation in the park, Sergai's conference and further research into the history of the area and the people.

I will definitely read the sequel and since I loved the first one I can't wait to read the rest.

I haven't read the first one as yet but based on the posts so far, the book sounds interesting. I will definitely add to my shelves in the future.

I was not a huge fan of the novel, but I would definitely give the sequel a try!

I don't think that I would read a sequel or prequel, especially if the author did not get someone to edit the book. While parts of the story were definitely interesting, I don't think that the story was interesting enough for another book. At times, the plot went way too slowly. Plus, there were way too many grammatical errors for me. If Charlie Sheldon found a good editor, I might consider reading another book, but I almost feel like there's really no need for a second book. I'm not even sure where he would go with a second book. I don't think that we need to know everything about the characters' lives. Sometimes, we just need to be happy with one book and imagine for ourselves how the story goes from there.

I would like to read about the reaction Ruth and her husband would put across after Sarah had gone into the wilderness for the second time.

I'll probably pass on the sequel. It was a good book, but the characters didn't grab me enough to revisit them.

I don't plan to read a sequel. I wasn't very compelled to read at the end of the book, I did to finish, but not because I was interested anymore in the characters or in the storyline.

I don't plan to read the sequel.

The novel was okay, but I didn't become vested in the characters. Besides Sarah, the others are quickly forgettable. I did enjoy Sarah's vision, but that isn't enough to reel me into reading the next in the series.

Even if there is a sequel, I won't be going for it. First part didn't intrigue me enough to move on to the next. Moreover, characters are also not charismatic enough to keep me attracted to the plot even if faintly.

Maybe. I don't know. It's just not the type of book I would normally get into. For a review I probably would.

I would read a sequel if I knew the story of the "razor stone" people would continue. I felt like I was left hanging with too many open questions when this book ends and I would like to know how it all comes together. I am not invested enough in the modern day characters to feel I have to read the sequel but I do enjoy the history and archaeological notes and want to learn more about the history of the spear thrower.

I plan to read the sequel in the hopes that Sarah's character becomes more developed and we see more of her past. I'm a little disappointed in the progress and flow of the first book but am willing to give the sequel a chance.
