It's interesting to read these comments. It almost seems people are split on this one. It almost seems like the story is more setting based instead of plot or character driven.

its maybe based on both sides depending on the message intended to be passed by the author

It was mostly plot based because most of the characters were not concentrated on while it was a little character driven in the case of sarah.

I agree it was only character driven in terms of Sarah. Hopefully in the upcoming book, the other characters will get some development.

I had a feeling like sarah character was amazing and it overshadowed others.

More plot driven than character driven since he barely gives an insight of the characters such that you can not really guess what a character may decide to do but the plot is easy to follow and the setting quite spectacular.
