I agree. I enjoyed the growth and development between these characters more than Strong Heart's story.CatInTheHat wrote:I enjoyed both sections but enjoyed watching Tom, Sarah, William, etc, grow and bond together more than watching Sarah as Strong Heart.

I felt they could have been developed just a little more. I'm my opinion, there was more content in the Strong Heart plot than any other plot.Christina Rose wrote:I agree. Yes, reading the book requires a great deal of patience.jwalker73 wrote:I enjoyed the camping story the most as I enjoyed the dynamics between the characters and watching the formation of bonds. I also liked the story of Strong Heart, but I am unsure if this was because this story was more descriptive and the characters seemed a bit more well-developed. I did, however, feel that aspects of this story were a bit tedious at times.

I am nearly finished and some parts did seem a bit tedious, so for that I would say I prefer the "present day" timeline.meteku4 wrote:Yes, reading the book requires a great deal of patience.jwalker73 wrote:I enjoyed the camping story the most as I enjoyed the dynamics between the characters and watching the formation of bonds. The reunion between Tom and Sarah was successful. It wasn't really successful for Sarah and Ruth.Vitaro Maxton wrote:everything worked out to be fine. both of them got together and the family reunion was successful

I agree, the "reunion" was only partially successful; and that part took a lot of work to happen.Amagine wrote:The reunion between Tom and Sarah was successful.
